Cooper's Biz provides neighborhood dog walking and car washing services in the Kenmore, Washington area. Services are offered by a minor with parental supervision and are subject to availability.

• Dog walks: 15-minute, 30-minute, and 45-minute options
• Car washes: approximately 60 minutes
• All bookings are subject to confirmation by Cooper's Biz before they are considered final
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at any time, with notice provided by SMS

Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. A booking is only confirmed once you receive an SMS confirmation from Cooper's Biz.

• You must provide accurate contact and address information when booking
• Bookings may be declined if the address is outside our service area or if the requested time is unavailable
• Recurring bookings of 6 or more sessions qualify for a 10% discount, applied automatically at checkout
• Additional dogs beyond the first are subject to an additional fee per walk, as displayed during booking

Either party may cancel a confirmed booking. You will be notified by SMS if Cooper's Biz needs to cancel your booking. We ask for as much notice as reasonably possible in both directions.

Cooper's Biz reserves the right to cancel bookings due to illness, bad weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The safety of our service provider is a priority. By booking a service, you agree to:

• Ensure dogs are safe for walking by a young person and disclose any known behavioral issues at time of booking
• Be present or make reasonable arrangements for access to your vehicle or property
• Treat Cooper's Biz staff and operators with respect

Cooper's Biz reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer for safety or conduct reasons.

Cooper's Biz is a small neighborhood service operated with care and good intentions. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the provision of services beyond the amount paid for that service
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles, property, or animals
• Parents or guardians of the service provider are not personally liable for incidental damages

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
